3Patti Baji Terms & Conditions — Complete Platform Usage Guidelines

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between 3Patti Baji ("3patti", "we", "us") and users of the platform ("you", "member"). By accessing or using the 3patti website or app, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

3patti is an online Sports Betting platform built for bettors in Bangladesh. We offer betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, tennis, and more than 30 other sports. Every member must adhere to these rules to ensure the platform operates fairly and securely.

These terms may be updated from time to time. When you log in for the first time after an update, you will be prompted to accept the revised terms. For significant changes, you will also be notified via SMS or email to your registered mobile number.

To open an account with 3patti, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Providing a false date of birth during registration is a serious violation and will result in immediate account closure.
• Each individual may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same mobile number, the same national ID, or the same device is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information may result in account closure at any time.
• As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, you may be required to submit a copy of your National ID or passport along with a selfie.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. Allowing anyone else to access your account is strictly prohibited.

All financial transactions on 3patti are governed by the following rules:

Deposit Rules:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred BDT).
• Only deposit from a bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account registered in your own name.
• Funds sent through third parties will be rejected and returned to the source.
• Successful deposits are typically credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.

Withdrawal Rules:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Withdrawals can only be processed after KYC verification is complete.
• Under normal circumstances, withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Additional time may be required for identity verification on your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit (where applicable).

3patti offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms and conditions. The general bonus rules are outlined below:

• Welcome Bonus: New members who make their first deposit within 7 days of registration will receive a welcome bonus. If the bonus is not claimed before the deposit is made, it may not be applied automatically.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Welcome bonuses typically carry a wagering requirement of 10x to 20x. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until these conditions are fulfilled.
• Bonus Validity: Every bonus has a set expiry period. Any bonus that remains unused or has unmet conditions upon expiry will be forfeited.
• One Member, One Bonus: Each bonus offer is available once per account only.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit the bonus system for unfair gain will result in the bonus being voided and may lead to account suspension.
• Promotion Changes: 3patti reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

All betting activity on 3patti is governed by the following rules:

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. Always double-check the stake and odds carefully before placing your bet.
• Odds Changes: In live betting, odds may change before your bet is confirmed. The odds at the moment of confirmation are final.
• Match Cancellation: If a match is completely cancelled, all bets placed on that match will be refunded. Matches shortened due to rain will be settled under DLS rules.
• Result Disputes: In the event of any dispute over results, 3patti's decision is final. Results are determined based on official cricket board records or recognized scorecards.
• Cash Out: If a Cash Out option is available and you accept the offered value at that moment, your bet will be settled immediately. No additional winnings will be paid out if the final result changes after a Cash Out has been accepted.
• Maximum Win: The maximum payout on a single bet is ৳5,00,000 (five lakh BDT). This limit may differ for VIP members.
• Technical Errors: If any bet is affected by a server issue or technical error, 3patti reserves the right to void the bet and issue a full refund.

Engaging in any of the following activities will result in account closure and possible forfeiture of all balances:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another family member's account.
• Placing bets using automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Exploiting loopholes in bonus terms to gain an unfair advantage ("bonus abusing").
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Harassing, insulting, or deceiving other users.
• Attempting unauthorized access to the 3patti system (hacking).
• Opening an account under a false identity or submitting fraudulent documents during KYC.

3patti may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Upon violation of any provision of these Terms.
• If the verification process is not completed, or if false information is provided.
• If your account has been inactive for an extended period (typically 12 months).
• By order of a court or directive of a regulatory authority.
• At the member's own request (including Self-Exclusion).

If an eligible balance exists at the time of account closure and no rule violations have occurred, the member will be given the opportunity to withdraw those funds. However, balances may be forfeited in cases where a violation has taken place.

All content published on the 3patti website and app — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software code — is the property of 3Patti Baji and is protected under copyright law.

• Reproducing, distributing, or modifying any of our content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
• Using 3patti's name, logo, or brand identity for any promotional activity is not permitted.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or crack the code of our app or website is strictly prohibited.

3patti will not be held liable for the following:

• Loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence or failure to maintain account security.
• Issues arising from internet disconnection or third-party payment system failures.
• Financial losses from betting are entirely your own decision and responsibility.
• Service disruptions caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen events.

Under no circumstances will 3patti's total liability exceed the amount you have deposited over the past 30 days.

3patti is committed to responsible gaming. We want you to enjoy yourself — but always within your limits. To support this, we offer the following tools:

• Deposit Limits: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limits: Set your own maximum limit on individual bet amounts.
• Take a Break: Temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Long-term voluntary self-exclusion — for a minimum period of 1 year.
• Reality Check: Periodic notifications are sent to remind you how long you have been playing.

If a dispute arises, please contact 3patti's customer support team first. We are committed to responding to every complaint within 48 hours.

• An initial response will be provided within 48 hours of a complaint being submitted.
• For complex cases, we aim to deliver a final resolution within 5–7 business days.
• If you are not satisfied with 3patti's decision, you may seek resolution through a neutral third-party mediator.
• Any legal disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
